The Heidelberg Instruments booth at SEMICON EUROPA 2023 in Munich from November 14th -17th attracted a wide range of visitors from across industries, and the research and development sector, gathering for technology updates or seeking solutions for their micro- and nanofabrication projects in electronics, semiconductors, and beyond. Our booth was again part of the joint booth of our parent company Lab14 with groundbreaking innovations from top industry players in our group, including Heidelberg Instruments, SPECSGROUP, OSIRIS International, Notion Systems, Genisys Group, 40-30 SAS, FOCUS, Nanosurf, and amcoss.
The four exhibition days offered an optimal platform for the exchange of information and for discussions. On the second day, Lab14 together with micro resist technology GmbH invited to a booth party “Bier um Vier” (beer at four o’clock) to toast the innovation from tomorrow.
We enjoyed very much talking face-to-face with and exchanging ideas with the interested lithography and direct-write technology community, with existing and potential customers, and partners.
