Maximizing uptime is crucial for a cost-effective usage of any tool. We offer service contracts to meet the need for fast and efficient online and on-site support even after the end of the warranty period. Contracts range from support only to full coverage including all parts and can be adjusted to exactly match your needs.
The best performance of high-tech tools depends upon the overall care of your equipment: This is true especially when it comes to maintaining operational stability, high throughput, and maximum uptime. All Heidelberg Instruments systems come with a standard 12-month warranty that includes the specifications (only with stable environmental conditions) as well as all parts of the system, excluding lasers. In addition, we offer customers a choice of up to 4 years of extended warranty coverage to help ensure an optimal system performance.
Various software and hardware upgrades are or may become available for our systems. These may serve to further reduce the cost of ownership, let you enter new markets and increase overall productivity. We constantly extend the range of available upgrades: That way, we make our continuous improvements available for everyone owning one of our systems, wherever possible.
