Current information on the coronavirus

Dear Customers and Partners,

Due to the increasing spread of the coronavirus, we would like to update you on the impact of the virus on Heidelberg Instruments.

We have already taken measures to protect our staff, to minimize the risk of business interruptions and we continue to take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with the recommendations of local authorities.

To date, there are no major restrictions affecting our business operations or the delivery of systems. Sales and service remain available during normal working hours. You can continue to contact your existing representative via the known contact information. Depending on the region, we may be experiencing slight delays in customer response times.

Like many companies around the globe, we have limited our business trips and cancelled conferences and exhibitions. To that end, we arranged digital channels to accommodate virtual presentations, seminars and user meetings.

We launched a series of webinars on NanoFrazor and Direct Laser Writing. These online live presentations hosted by our experts and users are designed for staff and customers to provide insight into our technologies, products and applications. See the details and registration links here.
