Dr. Philip Paul is the product manager for the industrial Maskless Aligner MLA300. He received his Master's Degree in Engineering and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He joined the IBM Zurich Research Labs in 2010 where he made major improvements to the NanoFrazor technology. In 2012 he founded SwissLitho together with his colleagues, to commercialize the NanoFrazor. SwissLitho became part of Heidelberg Instruments in 2018, and Philip joined the mother company in 2019.
