We provide our customers with the most advanced thermal cantilevers for nanolithography and high-resolution imaging, the main consumables for the NanoFrazor® systems. A distinctive feature of the NanoFrazor® cantilevers is that they comprise a microheater, which controls the temperature of an ultra-sharp silicon tip, and electrostatic actuation, which enables fast and precise vertical movement. An integrated unique distance sensor is essential for our fast, gentle, reliable and easy-to-use in-situ imaging method and for control operations running in the background.

The cantilevers are manufactured in large quantities and hence we can offer them at very low prices to the NanoFrazor users.
